By now it is no secret about the Desperate Housewives episode that took place at The Staples Center. No, this one doesn't star Terri Hatcher or Eva Longoria. Instead it stars Kobe and Vanessa Bryant, Pau Gasol, and Gasol's girl, who will from here on out be referred to as Gasol's girl. Apparently, Vanessa shared some things about Gasol to Gasol's girl (probably learned these things from Bryant) which led Gasol's girl to decide to part ways. Gasol confronted Kobe. They both said pretty nasty things about each other's woman, stop speaking to each other, and Pau turns in a historically bad post season performance. It's one thing to get swept at the hands of the Dallas Mavericks, but insult is added to injury when a star player performs poorly as a result of not being able to hold it down at home. Pau you should've just taken the L with your girl, played ball like the Spanish beast we know you are, and fought to get your love back in June. You know, after the Finals. Your girl just witnessed you get man handled by Dirk Nowitzki so she may not come running back. She may suddenly develop a thing for German guys. I hope all works out Pau, but it isn't looking to good. As for Kobe, keep Vanessa in check. This is not the first time she has caused a rift. Who could forget the Karl Malone, cowboy boots and the "little Mexican girls fiasco"?
